Although the solution is too simple for my taste it’s really just curious what some Internet services do.

PicShadow allows shadow to give the photos that prompted either by upload or url. The shadow will have the color, size and distance from the values informed.

Although it is no wonder, can help when you are without a good image editor and needy, for some reason, giving shade to some image.
